You’ve delivered the SFA curriculum, what’s next…
SFA/PYG curriculum is dense; as such we’re told even if a fall athletes hears the presentation again in his/her winter sport, they often times hear something completely new - that they didn’t catch in the fall. That, along with changes in team make up, athletes specializing in their varsity years as well as athletes both starting and graduating high school, SFA content rarely gets old.
